Complaint Process

AICCU member institutions take very seriously complaints and concerns regarding the institution. Most complaints should be resolved at the campus level. If you believe that your complaint continues to warrant further consideration, after exhausting the review at your institution, you may submit a complaint to the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs.
